Accidents happen to everyone! Too often, these accidents happen in the most unexpected ways and at the least convenient times. When accidents happen, you need to know who you can trust to help you recover quickly and completely.
We understand the impact injuries can have on your life, work and activities. Our team of orthopedic specialists and therapists are here to help you through the process of healing and recovery. With a full team of orthopedic specialists here for you, we can offer immediate treatment for upper body, lower body, spine injuries and all other orthopedic injuries. We can help evaluate and treat your injury no matter how severe it is, from minor strains and sprains to high-energy trauma.
Evaluation and Diagnosis
If you suspect a broken bone (fracture) or sprain, strain, ligament injury or simple dislocation, OI Now, our walk-in clinic, is available for same-day evaluation without an appointment or referral (unless required by your insurance.) Avoid the wait and expense of the emergency department and get specialized care right away.
We treat patients of all ages, including children with broken bones, athletes with sports injuries, workers with job site injuries, and elderly with fragility fractures. With onsite X-ray and MRI available, you will get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan to get you on the road to recovery right away.
If you are hospitalized with a more severe injury such as a leg fracture from a motor vehicle accident or a hip fracture from a fall, Orthopedic Institute surgeons are available upon your request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at both Sanford Medical Center and Avera McKennan Hospital to treat your injury with the care and expertise that has made us The One to Trust for trauma and fracture care.

Testimonials
Dr. Jones has a heart of gold. His is an advocate for his patients and the families of his patients. As new parents it was so hard to trust someone with our child, but Dr. Jones was able to put us at ease and treated us with respect and kindness. He has been the calm voice in the storm for my family and we value him greatly!!!!
Dr. Looby is so caring and took time to visit with me. I knew I was in good hands. I have several family members that highly recommended him to me. He has amazing staff and even sent me home with a beautiful pink rose!!
We met the staff of CORE under emergency circumstances for our young son, and they were so very wonderful. From the front desk to the surgery staff to the doctor to billing staff, everyone has been wonderful. The walk-in clinic has been great when we have needed that too.
My daughter broke her ankle while out of town last Friday night and was told that she would have to follow up with an ortho due to the high probability of needing surgical intervention. I called the office right away at 8 am Monday morning and they were able to get us in at 10:30 to see a doctor and by 2:30 that day she was in surgery getting the problem all fixed up. The staff at Core Orthopedics was super friendly and took wonderful care of my daughter and addressed every concern that I had. The way they were able to get us in and address the issue right away was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend their office to anyone in need. Thanks again so very much for all you did to make a tense situation go smoothly!!
I came in on a Saturday and was seen immediately. The front desk lady was super nice and I even got a chocolate mocha cappuccino and a fresh baked cookie. The staff and PA were very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my orthopedic care
