Patient Scheduling Options

Option 1: Text Us

• Quick and easy scheduling.
• Text APPT to 605.331.5890.
• Our chatbot will ask necessary questions to get started.
• A scheduler will confirm an appointment that works for you.
• After-hours texts will be answered the next business day.

Option 2: Self-Schedule via Patient Portal

  1. Log in to your existing portal account here.
  2. Select: “Schedule new appointment”
    “Specialty”
    “Reason for Visit”
  3. View available times with a Physician or Advanced Practitioner at your chosen location.

Option 3: Self-Schedule Without a Patient Portal Account

  1. Scroll to the Physician Links section below and click a physician’s name.
  2. On the physician’s scheduling page, follow these steps:
    Select patient type: Existing or New.
    • Select reason for visit: Consult/referral, Follow-up, or Injury.
    • Choose a Physician or Advanced Practitioner.
    • Pick a preferred location (only the locations they visit will appear).
    Optional: Leave the location field blank to search all locations.
  3. If no appointments appear for today:
    • Click the calendar icon.
    • Dates with available appointments will appear green.
  4. Select a green date to view locations and times.
  5. Choose a date and time, then complete the prompts to confirm.
