Clinic Registrar

 JOB SUMMARY:

  • Registration Experience in a medical practice
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exercise initiative and have the ability to problem solve
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Complete various clerical duties involving patient scheduling and other business office functions
  • Greet patients and schedule appointments
  • Gather and update patient information and collect co-pays
  • Use of computer system to generate information necessary for billing
  • Follow guidelines, policies and procedures written specifically for the registration staff.
  • Handle money and account for financial reconciliation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure patient satisfaction and workflow efficiencies.
  • Ability to travel to outreach facilities

SCHEDULE: Hours for this position will be a combination of 7:00am-4:00pm and 8:00am-5:00pm.  Must be able to rotate with other employees for Saturday OI NOW Walk-In Clinic 11am-4pm, one time per month.

 

Walk-In Clinic PA-C or CNP–Dakota Dunes

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Located in Dakota Dunes, SD 57049
  • Evaluating and treating patients in walk-in clinic environment
  • Patient evaluation and examination, injections, medical management
  • Coordinating diagnostics and/or referrals to physician as necessary
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and clinic staff
  • Bachelor ‘s degree and successful completion of accredited physician assistant program ; National certification from the National Commission on Certification of PA’s
  • Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current State license required to begin employment
  • New or Upcoming Graduates encouraged to apply

 

Walk-In Clinic PA-C or CNP–Sioux Falls

JOB SUMMARY:
