• Location: Our new address is 2120 Live Stronger Street Tea, SD 57064. Directions: From I-29 South, take Exit 73 toward Tea. Merge onto 271st Street, turn right onto Bakker Landing Avenue, and continue until you see the Tea water tower.
• Facility Highlights: This cutting-edge facility offers expanded clinical space, advanced imaging technology, and a fully equipped therapy and rehabilitation center to meet all your orthopedic needs.
