About Dr. Kalo
Dr. Jeffrey Kalo is a Doctor of Osteopathy who is Board Certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, M.I. He then received his doctorate degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, M.O. He completed his internship at Lansing General Hospital in Lansing, M.I., and his orthopedic residency at Michigan State University.
Dr. Kalo then moved to Fargo, N.D., where he worked in private practice. While in Fargo, he served as Team Physician and Orthopaedic Surgeon for North Dakota State University. He also served as a clinical instructor at the University of North Dakota Medical School and was an instructor for the North Dakota State University Athletic Training Program for 10 years before he and his family moved to Sioux Falls. Dr. Kalo has special interest and qualification in shoulder and knee arthroscopy, articular cartilage repair, sports medicine and total joint replacement.
