Scott DeMasters, PA-C
Originally from rural Idaho, Scott eventually made his way to South Dakota after marrying into a Northwest Iowa farming family — the region easily became home.
Scott earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Sciences and Biology before completing his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah. Before becoming a PA, he worked as a paramedic — an experience that continues to shape his clinical perspective.
Scott’s goal is to help patients maintain strength, regain independence after injury, and return to the activities that bring them purpose and enjoyment. He is committed to promoting longevity, resilience, and functional recovery, believing healthcare should support not only healing but long-term vitality.
Scott and his wife are grateful to build their life in this historically rich region and look forward to raising their family in a community rooted in tradition and connection.
