Institute in Sioux Falls, SD. He specializes in sports
medicine and golf rehabilitation. Prior to working at
Orthopedic Institute, Adam developed an innovative
Golf Medicine Program to better serve those in the golf
community and assist patients and clients with golf
injuries or those wanting to prevent such injuries.
Through his TPI Medical Level 2 certification, he has an in‐depth understanding of how to diagnose and treat golf related injuries as well as determining where an athlete is physically limited in order to correct and prevent injuries. His job is to design a specific program based on your unique limitations that will improve strength, mobility, and stability as it relates to the golf swing. He utilizes manual techniques, neuromuscular training and golf specific exercise programs. He has worked at some of the top country clubs in Minnesota, including Hazeltine National where he developed a golf health and fitness class. He also has experience working with some of the highest ranked junior golfers in Minnesota. Along with TPI, Adam is certified in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). He works closely with golf and fitness professionals in the area to better serve and improve your overall game. Adam graduated from Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences with his Doctorate in Physical therapy in 2014.

Titleist Performance Institute:

TPI is a company based out of Oceanside, CA and founded by Dr. Greg Rose. Their main purpose is to better understand how the body works with the golf swing in order to improve golf performance. They have done extensive research in the golf field and have determined the relationship between the body and swing characteristics that affect performance or lead to injuries. They have worked with hundreds of professional golfers and amateurs alike. Many of the current PGA players have a TPI certified member on their team, including 12 of the last 16 major champions. TPI does not believe in one way to swing a club, rather in an infinite number of swing styles. But, we do believe there is one efficient way for every player to swing and it is based on what the player can physically do.
